A su regreso a Estados Unidos en 2016, acept\u00f3 un trabajo como directora del programa de reasentamiento en Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (antes Refugee Focus), donde dirigi\u00f3 un equipo dedicado a ayudar a los reci\u00e9n llegados refugiados de todo el mundo a adaptarse y prosperar en sus nuevos hogares.<\/p><p>Tamber tambi\u00e9n es una consumada int\u00e9rprete y traductora de espa\u00f1ol, con m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada de experiencia como int\u00e9rprete y mentora de otros int\u00e9rpretes. Est\u00e1 certificada a nivel federal y tambi\u00e9n a nivel estatal en Virginia. Ense\u00f1a y presenta con regularidad diversos temas relacionados con la interpretaci\u00f3n y la tecnolog\u00eda y la interpretaci\u00f3n y el derecho para tribunales, asociaciones profesionales y la Universidad de Arizona, y tambi\u00e9n ha sido consultora para el National Center for State Courts (NCSC).
